Lunch & Learn Recap, January 2024
Thank you for joining us on Friday 1/5/2024 for our monthly gathering, Lunch & Learn at Pace’s Steak House. It is our intention to provide an informal and safe way to learn more about using essential oils while sharing a meal and the experiences of our lives!
What did we learn this month?
We start the New Year with a fresh review of the basics for immune health and protection from the ickies!
When attacked, our soldiers fight back! We stressed the importance of equipping our soldiers well to fight the good fight by starting with gut health! And what products do we hire to do that job? Lifelong Vitality, TerraZyme, and our reformulated ProBiome products, PB Assist and PB Restore!
As the new year begins, many focus on resolutions…I like to think of the as re-SOLUTIONS. It is recommitting to the solutions we know will bring us health and wellness!
One of the most popular re-SOLUTIONS is to attain and maintain our optimal weight. We know what to do; we just don’t do it…or something sabotages our movement towards that goal. Emotions can sometimes be part of that dynamic so we shared this Emotional Weigh Loss tear pad with ideas to manage the emotional terrain. This year, that goal is ours!
