Lunch & Learn Recap, April 2024
Thank you for joining us on Friday 4/5/2024 for our monthly gathering, Lunch & Learn at Pace’s Steak House. It is our intention to provide an informal and safe way to learn more about using essential oils while sharing a meal and the experiences of our lives!
What did we learn this month?
There is real power to be wielded when you have doTERRA essential oils at your fingertips!
We shared information on our amazing sense of smell, how olfaction works, and why there are health and emotional benefits when using high quality essential oils (aromatic compounds)!
All three methods of use (aromatic, topical, and internal) offer a variety of therapeutic benefits, but it is aromatic use that directly impacts memory, mood and emotion.
We shared concepts from my recent post on feeling joy. Feeling joy in your heart can be a challenge, especially if you are grieving over the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, or a dream lost to life's circumstances. A season is joy-filled, not because of our circumstances, but despite them. Being joy-filled, in all situations, is a choice we make every day. Grab YOUR favorite essential oil that helps you choose joy!
Combined with intention, like the power of positive thinking illustrated in the movie of Hal Elrod’s story, The Miracle Morning, we can and do influence our outcomes!
Finally, we emphasized that a shift from simply treating symptoms to addressing the root needs of the body, in a framework of daily wellness routines, IS the secret to amazing success!
