Eating foods high in added sugars, a more sedentary lifestyle, and lack of proper sleep are some of the factors linked with increased belly fat.
Now add STRESS to the mix! When you're stressed, your body releases cortisol, which can impact your metabolism and trigger the storage of more visceral fat.
